Sample output

If you send us a deal, this is what comes back.

Two synthetic sample deals, each with the original borrower import bundle alongside the artifact the platform returns. Sample 1 is a watch-posture services deal, compliant with covenant headroom under continuous monitoring. Sample 2 is a compliant food platform where the live question is EBITDA add-back quality. Download everything directly — no form, no email gate.

Synthetic samples. Falcon Services and Cedarbrook Foods are composite portfolio deals. Not derived from any actual lender, borrower, sponsor, or transaction.

Where this sits in the artifact ladder

This page shows the full output of the /nda-check product on these two synthetic deals — a same-day, single-deal pressure test. It is not a lighter version of the deeper proof packs. The subscriber-tier outputs live separately:

  • /sample-falcon — the seven-artifact buy-side proof pack (IC memo, executive report, financial workbook, KPI summary, covenant forecast, evidence index, decision record) on the Falcon Services deal. The full IC dossier stack, not a single-deal pressure test.
  • /sample-evaluation — the five-artifact sell-side proof pack (IRA assessment, IC memo, executive report, financial workbook, KPI summary) on the Cedarbrook Foods deal. The seller-readiness equivalent.

Different scopes by design. The diagnostic is the entry product (single deal, same day); the proof packs are what a subscriber receives at the full IC-dossier or IRA-ladder tier.

Sample 01 · Falcon Services, LLC

Tech-enabled field services · watch posture

Sponsored LBO, currently compliant with headroom — FCCR 1.35x against a 1.25x floor, leverage 4.78x against a 5.25x cap. Watch posture is about continuous monitoring of that headroom, not a breach: flags, an explicit escalation gate, and full evidence pointers back into the import bundle so the cushion is tracked quarter over quarter.

The returned artifact from a diagnostic run. Status, five decision flags with severity and evidence references, five questions worth asking in IC, and an explicit escalation gate.

  • Risk score and risk label
  • 5 flags with severity and citation paths
  • IC follow-up questions
  • Recommendation + escalation gate
02 · Structured record

4 tabs · XLSX

The same deal, exported as a working spreadsheet. Covenants, eight-quarter KPI trend, capital structure with waterfall position, and the flag summary from the PDF cross-referenced by code.

  • Summary · flags + status
  • Covenants · thresholds, current, headroom
  • KPI Trend · revenue through interest coverage
  • Capital Structure · facilities, tranches, waterfall
03 · Diligence package

A borrower-style Q1 2026 monitoring package: CFO submission letter, data-room index, credit agreement extract, management pack, compliance certificate, covenant forecast, customer schedule, AR aging, and lender follow-up checklist.

  • Borrower submission letter and data-room index
  • Management pack, compliance certificate, and covenant forecast
  • Customer revenue schedule and AR aging support
  • File manifest tying the package back to source paths
Sample 02 · Cedarbrook Foods, Inc.

Food & CPG manufacturer · covenant-compliant, add-back exposure

A different shape of finding. Covenants are comfortably compliant — leverage 3.22x against a 5.00x cap, FCCR 1.38x against a 1.15x floor — but the Schedule A bridge contains two add-backs (sponsor management fees and an ARPA-reclassification) that, if a lender disallows them, re-rate leverage to 3.45x and reframe the credit picture. The Cedarbrook bundle below is the borrower-style submission the platform analyzes.

02 · Borrower bundle

cedarbrook-foods-import-files.zip

10 files · ZIP

CFO submission letter, data-room index, credit agreement extract, management pack with EBITDA bridge, signed compliance certificate, Q2-Q4 covenant forecast, customer schedule (Atlas Markets, Northstar Grocers), AR aging, and lender follow-up checklist.

  • Schedule A bridge with the two contested add-backs
  • Slight Treasury-vs-Finance covenant-spread artifacts
  • Realistic stale-template threshold drift
  • File manifest tying every doc back to source paths

Diagnostic and structured record

The Cedarbrook diagnostic and structured record are generated through the same platform pipeline that produced the Falcon Services artifacts above. The deal is currently being registered as a sample tenant in the platform; the downloadable diagnostic PDF and record workbook will appear here as soon as the run completes.

Posted here only after the platform actually generates them — never hand-crafted to match.

Your deal. Same shape. 2–4 hours.

Send us a CIM, credit agreement, or financial model under NDA. The diagnostic pack above is what comes back.
